Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before booking or using any services provided by FirmVoice, a DBA of Redline Marketing LLC. By making a booking or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Services & SMS Program FirmVoice provides AI voice agent customisation, monitoring, and maintenance services. As part of our service, we may send SMS text messages to notify you about booking confirmations, appointment reminders, and service updates. Message frequency varies based on your activity. Message and data rates may apply.
2. Bookings
All bookings are free of charge and subject to availability.
Bookings are confirmed once you receive a confirmation from FirmVoice.
3. SMS Opt-Out To stop receiving SMS messages from FirmVoice at any time, reply STOP to any message. For assistance, reply HELP or contact us at [email protected] or (814) 228-5800.
4. Message & Data Rates Message and data rates may apply to SMS messages sent by FirmVoice. Contact your wireless carrier for details on your plan.
5. Carrier Disclaimer FirmVoice is not responsible for any charges, delays, or failures in SMS delivery caused by your mobile carrier. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
6. Age Restriction Our services and SMS communications are intended for individuals aged 18 and over. By booking or opting in to SMS, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

8. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We ask that you give at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in your ability to book being restricted.
FirmVoice reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.
9. Client Responsibilities Clients are expected to provide accurate information and treat all staff with respect. FirmVoice reserves the right to refuse service to anyone behaving inappropriately.
10. Liability FirmVoice is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the specific service in question.
11. Intellectual Property All materials, content, and resources provided by FirmVoice are our intellectual property and may not be reproduced or distributed without prior written consent.
12. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of Pennsylvania, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Erie County, Pennsylvania.
13. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
